My Origin Story (cont.)

[Jaw-droppingly brilliant headline to come.]

For that pre-Internet software company, I wrote countless catalogs, brochures, display ads, sales letters and press releases. Wrote all the copy. Worked closely with designers who knew the business end of an exacto knife. Learned what worked ... and what didn't.

After nine roller-coaster years, I sold K-12 MicroMedia, and I've been a busy, bright-eyed and happily self-employed freelance copywriter ever since. I have been the “go to” writer for dozens of clients in many industries -- but I’m always on the lookout for a few new clients. If you’d like to explore the possibility of becoming one of them, let’s connect.

A copywriter walks into a bar . . .

I wrote a book. I Laughed When I Wrote It: 518 Of My Funniest Tweets is available on Amazon. And even people who are not my family or friends think it’s seriously funny. One reviewer wrote: “Alan Zoldan totally nails it with his hilarious new comedy book. I know this because I am still laughing. His tweets are funny and witty and thoroughly modern.”

Alan writes copy that tells, sells and compels. One of his brochures unabashedly promotes him as a Creative Director’s “new best friend.” He ain’t wrong!

Alan has consistently been a key creative resource for us. He quickly grasps the key value points of any product or service and invariably provides cogent yet “commercially correct” copywriting solutions. What’s more, Alan adds to the fun factor for any project.
